Happy Sunday to you! I tend to dislike Sunday’s just because that means its “Homework” day for me. ..and I”m always behind. Today is the last day of this semester and I’ve got LOTS to catch up on before deadlines are due, however I have a full pot of coffee and these YUMMY Fruity Pebble Treats , recipe courtesy of Gingerbread Bagels! You’ve got to check out her blog, the page OOZES with yummy sugar confections!

Its hard NOT to like these, they’re just so good! What is it about cereal and marshmallows anyway? I’m dying to try these with Cocoa Pebbles next time!
Fruity Pebbles Marshmallow Treats
Ingredients
4 cups marshmallows (mini or big..my corner store only had the big ones, so thats what I used)
5 cups Fruity Pebbles
5 tbsp unsalted stick butterDirections
In a large pot or saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat, stir frequently so not to burn! Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows and stir constantly until the mixture is a melty, gooey, yummy mess.
Remove from heat and then add the Fruity Pebbles. Stir well with a big wooden spoon sprayed with cooking spray (the cooking spray is a must to help with the sticky!)
Spray an 8×8 inch pan (for THICK treats) or a 9×13 (for quanity versus quality) and using your cooking spray coated spoon: smoosh the pebble mixture into the pan. Spread firmly and evenly all along the bottom. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve! Store in a tightly covered container (NOT in the refrigerator..makes them too hard)
